- 3 Tbsps red wine vinegar
- 1 Tbsp soy sauce
- 3 Tbsps olive oil
- 2 Tbsps paprika
- 1 Tbsp cumin
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 4 servings salt
- 4 servings pepper
- 1 serving kitchen twine

Preparation
- Mix together the marinade ingredients.
- Place the whole chicken into a large (about 2 gallon size) ziploc bag and pour in the marinade.
- Spread the marinade so that it covers all the chicken.
- Marinade overnight.
