- 4.5 lb chicken
- 1 Tbsp olive oil extra virgin
- 2 large lemons
- 1 medium onion
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 bunch rosemary
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 Tbsps butter
- 0.5 cups water
Preparation
