- 1 bullion chicken stock mashed
- 1 teaspoon corn flour
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 50 grams young ginger thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons vegetable/olive oil
- 1/2 tablespoon oysters sauce
- A pinch of white pepper
- 200 grams pork thinly sliced tenderloin
- 1/2 teaspoon sesame oil
- 3 stalks spring onions/scallions, cut to 2- inch lengths
- 1/2 cup water
- 1 tablespoon Chinese cooking wine
Preparation
- Prepare all ingredients before cooking - chop vegetables and slice meat
- Heat a large wok or skillet over high heat until very hot
- Add oil and swirl to coat the pan
- Add protein first and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes, then remove
