- 2.0 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 2.0 cups mushrooms, sliced
- 5.0 ounces fresh kale, stemmed and sliced into ribbons
- 1.0 avocado, sliced
- 4.0 large eggs
- Salt and pepper as needed
Preparation
