Ingredients
- 8 ounce Zucchini, Raw
- 3 ounce Green Bell Peppers, Raw
- 4 large Raw Egg
- 3 tablespoon Whipping Cream, Extra Heavy/gourmet, Not Whipped
- ¼ teaspoon Salt
- ¼ teaspoon Black Pepper, Ground
- ¼ teaspoon Onion Powder
- ⅛ teaspoon Garlic, Powder
- ⅛ tsp Crushed Red Pepper by Simply Organic
- ½ cup, grated Mexican Blend Cheese
Preparation
- Preheat an oven to 350 degrees. Quarter your zucchini into thin slices and dice the bell pepper. Toss and combine the veggies in the base of a 2QT glass baking dish.
