Ingredients
- 2 pound Ham, Boneless, Cured, Extra Lean
- 1 x 1 Tbsp Nature’s Hollow Sugar Free Apricot Jam
- ½ teaspoon Rosemary, Fresh
Preparation
- Preheat the oven to 350 F. Place ham in a heavy casserole dish and cover with parchment paper and then tin foil. The parchment paper will help the tin foil avoid being in direct contact with the ham and allow for extra insulation. Bake the ham for about 30 minutes until hot. A temperature probe placed in the center of the thickest part should read at least 145F-165 F. Set it aside.
- Combine the apricot jam and finely chopped rosemary to a small microwave-safe bowl or measuring cup. Heat in the microwave for 15-20 seconds until melted. Brush the ham with the glaze.
- Bake the ham uncovered for 10-15 minutes until the glaze is nicely set.
- Allow the ham to cool slightly before slicing and serving.
