- 1 cup Arugula
- 1 tablespoon, whole pieces Pine Nuts
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- ½ each Avocado
- ½ tablespoon Lemon Juice
- ⅓ large - 8 1/4" long Cucumber
- ¼ teaspoon Salt, Sea Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
