- 4 ounce Feta Cheese
- 6 x 10 large Green Olives
- ¼ cup Olive Oil
- ½ tablespoon Rice Vinegar by Kikkoman
- 1-½ cup Water
- 2 tsp, ground Spices Oregano Dried
- ¼ tsp Crushed Red Pepper Flakes by 365
- 2 tsp Spices Mustard Seed Yellow
- ¼ ounce Basil Fresh
Preparation
- Prepare the olives by draining any liquid. Set aside a clean jar that can be filled completely by the olives. Additionally, prepare the feta cheese by chopping it into approximate ¼ X 1-inch rectangles for stuffing.
- Stuff all the olives with the feta cheese, and place them in the jar.
- Combine the olive oil, vinegar, water, oregano, red pepper, and mustard seed in a bowl. Place the fresh basil leaves on top of the olives, and pack it down very gently. Then, pour the liquid mixture over the olives, making sure all the ingredients are covered by the liquid.
