Ingredients
- 2 fillet Salmon Fillet by Morrisons
- 1 tablespoon Olive Oil
- 1 clove Garlic
- 1 teaspoon Rosemary, Fresh
- 1 tablespoon Unsalted Butter
- ¼ teaspoon Salt, Sea Salt
- ⅛ teaspoon Black Pepper
Preparation
- Heat the olive oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Add the salmon fillets flesh side down. Cook the salmon for 4-5 minutes until golden.
