Ingredients
- 12 hard-boiled eggs
- 2 to 3 slices cooked bacon, chopped
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise

Preparation
- Hard boil eggs: place in pot, cover with water, bring to boil
- Remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 12 minutes
- Transfer to ice bath to cool completely
- Peel eggs carefully and cut in half lengthwise
- Remove yolks and place in a bowl
- Mash yolks with a fork until smooth
- Mix in mayonnaise, mustard, and seasonings
- Pipe or spoon mixture back into egg white halves
